RoTRACK is a complete, integrated system for R.O. monitoring and advisory control. With all normalized data available on-line, operations personnel are able to optimize R.O. performance and minimize maintenance and operating costs.

A standard RoTRACK system consists of a SIM (an advanced Sensor Interface Module complete with microprocessor and datalog memory), sensor package, modem, software and 486 PC compatible computer (if required). SmartSIM receives the output from all sensors. The SmartSIM sends the sensor output to the computer (by modem or hard wired) where the data is displayed in real-time. Data is displayed in actual or normalized form.

In addition to the actual values, graphics of each sensor are displayed enabling the user to evaluate the state of the system at a glance. The display interface provides the opportunity to investigate a change in the operating conditions before an alarm state is reached.

Operating data is stored in the SmartSIM and is periodically downloaded into the computer. Monitoring and data acquisition are never interrupted. All normalization routines are per ASTM standards.
