RoTRACK is an invaluable means to maintain a reverse osmosis system at optimum efficiency. To do this, the normalized and trended data must be reviewed and used. However, this is a task that sometimes gets overlooked, especially with tight manpower.

Process Scientific has a solution for this problem. On a monthly (or more frequent) basis PSI will download the RoTRACK data and provide a complete analysis of the normalized data. In the event that the RO is out of specification, or needs cleaning, PSI will immediately call the appropriate person.

Operating data is stored in the SmartSIM and is periodically downloaded into the computer. Monitoring and data acquisition are never interrupted. All normalization routines are performed per ASTM standards.

A report is generated complete with graphs and commentary. Upon request, a diskette can be sent with the data stored in database or ASCII format or use with a statistical analysis program.
