Recognizing that the regular tracking of critical system performance parameters is paramount to maintaining stable long term performance of advanced water treatment systems, PSI developed a fully automated data acquisition and management system RoTRACK integrates state-of-the-art computer technology with in line instrumentation to provide operators and managers with real time monitoring and historical trending. RoTrack is compatible with a wide variety of water treatment system technologies and is easily integrated into existing water and wastewater treatment systems. In addition to data acquisition, data normalization, plotting and trending, the system also allows all information, including reports and plots, to be accessed remotely. This feature allows management and technical staff to continuously monitor performance, schedule maintenance, and implement corrective action before problems become serious enough to cause expensive unscheduled shutdowns.
